The major problem with fitting a large intercooler into a Fiesta RS Turbo is the severe lack of space at the front of the engine bay. At the current time, GRS Motorsport are trying to find a suitable solution to this problem. For the time being, there is a new product available for the Fiesta RS Turbo which is for those who do not mind making modifications to fit these type of performance products.

As there is such little room in the Fiesta engine bay, we are happy to make custom sized intercoolers if you have a particular space you are able to make use of. All that is required is the measurements that the intercooler has to fit into, and we can do the rest (see photos below).

Caution must be given when fitting this intercooler as water temperatures may rise depending on ambient temperatures.
Please check your radiator is in good working order.
