The Escort RS Cosworth`s original charge cooler system uses the water from the engine to help reduce the air temperature, which isn't very efficient as the water from the engine is of course very hot. This upgrade uses its own separate water system using its own separate water pump and pre-rad to keep the water temperature cool, therefore making the charge cooler more efficient.
